- AIBE is no longer an open-book exam; only bare acts without notes are permitted
- The exam consists of 100 MCQs with 3 hours 30 minutes duration
- No negative marking applies[1]
- New criminal laws (BNS, BNSS, BSA) have replaced old IPC, CrPC, and Evidence Act
